We provide the online tools that help consumers gain long-term and immediate access to discounts of 20% to 60% on most dental care procedures at 100,000+ dentists nationwide.

Applicants must:

• Be able to lead teams of enrollment specialists toward achieving company goals and objectives.
• Be able to increase sales, service levels and agent performance.
• Be sales driven, motivational, creative and have the ability to execute company objectives.
• Must have a high level of experience in a inside sales environment.

Compensation for this position includes base salary, company paid benefits, and unlimited bonus potential for excellent performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of call center leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to motivate and lead.
• Ability to create unique incentives to increase performance.
