How to Join
Once you've decided you want
to become a member, you have two more questions
to answer.
1. Do you want to pay
annually, and receive 2 months free for $135?
Or, would you prefer to pay monthly at $13.95 a
month?
2. Would you like to be
activated the quickest and order online? Would
you like to order over the phone? Or would you
like to order by mail?
Depending on how you decide
will affect how fast you can use the services.
We do our best to activate members with 1-2
business days, and mail the packet out. Please
allow 7-10 business days for the packet to
arrive, however you may use the services before
your card arrives. When you sign up we'll let
you know what to do.

plan is NOT insurance. This plan
provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical
services. This plan does not
make payments directly to the providers of medical services.
The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare
services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers
who have contracted with the discount plan organization.

This discount card program
contains a 30 day cancellation period. AR and TN Residents:
receive a full refund if membership is cancelled within the first 30
days. MD, ND, OK, SC, TX and SD residents: Member shall receive a full
refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership
is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership
materials. All other members receive a refund of all fees excluding the
$25 Application fee. The discount medical card program makes
available, before purchase and upon request, a list of program
providers, including the name, city, state, and specialty of each
program provider located in the cardholder's service area.
